Our Refund/Return Policy

At Persuader International, we are committed to delivering your order as efficiently as possible and ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return an item, please review the guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns
Items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date to the following address (at the customer’s expense): 35 Webber Parade, Keilor East VIC 3033, Australia

Returns will only be accepted if the product is in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. For example, boots must be returned in their original bag and be completely clean.

Custom-Made Items
Please note that custom-made or personalised products cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind. As these items are made to order, we are unable to on-sell them.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe your item is faulty or you have received an incorrect product, please email sales@persuader.com.au with details and supporting information before returning the item.
If the product is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect by our team, Persuader will cover the return freight cost.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that original postage charges are non-refundable, unless your order contained a faulty or incorrect item.
