Our Refund/Return Policy
Persuader strives to deliver your online order as soon as possible. At Persuader, we understand if a customer may want to return their purchased items.
Items may be returned at the address "35 Webber Parade, Keilor East VIC 3033, Australia" within 30 days of the product purchase date at your expense. However, if a refund is wanted due to the product being faulty, Persuader will cover the freight if the product is acknowledged to be faulty by our staff.
Before deciding on a refund/return, please email email@example.com outlining why the product is wanted to be refunded.
To return an item, the product must be in original condition with all labels attached. Ensure that boots come in the original bag and the boots are completely clean.
The original postage charge cannot be refunded unless your order contains incorrect or damaged products.
Refunds will be paid back onto the purchaser's original credit card or PayPal account.
